"We would like to inform you that when you use any Microsoft 365 Business plan the package which you will get is Microsoft 365 Apps for business. Only with the enterprise plan you get the package of Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise due to the additional features like unlimited licenses, advance tools of cyber security and Windows Enterprise licensing, access to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Microsoft Intune device management tools, Windows AutoPilot, and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager etc." I got their answer on Wednesday at 10:39PM PST. ![]() I knew I was going nowhere with this fool, so while chatting, I also sent an email to their support team. "Microsoft 365 Business Premium", with zero mention of the actual installed program suite's name that I had asked about several times. ![]() I asked again about the NAME of the installed Office suite as it shows in Programs and Features, and the clown sent me information comparing the programs included with "Microsoft 365 Business Standard" vs. I repeatedly told him that I already knew the name changed, as evidenced by my question containing the new name. I asked about the Office suite that is included with a "Microsoft 365 Business Premium" license and the guy repeatedly told me about how the subscription names have been changed, sending me multiple links to articles and videos about the name changes from various "Office 365" offerings and how they were now "Microsoft 365" xxxx subscriptions. ![]() I did a chat on Monday evening with my CSP (Ingram Micro) and quite frankly, that "support" person should be fired.
